Cordials made in-house, mostly from Japanese ingredients. The lemon and the ginger are supervised by culinary researcher Mariko Oishi.

A Tokyo craft brewery in Honancho, run largely by brewers with disabilities. Each beer keeps being refined through conversation with the people of the local shopping street — a glass with its roots in the neighborhood.

For around thirty years in Gaienmae, bartender Yasunori Okamura ran a proper authentic bar called Bar Raipen（バーライペン）on his own. Even after the owner retired, his regulars kept asking for it — so on a few Saturday evenings each season, the bar opens again here at Madoroom.
On bar nights Mr. Okamura mixes the drinks himself. On other Saturday evenings we serve, as part of the cafe menu, cocktails built on our house-made cordials, along with red and white wine.
The Bar Menu is served on Saturdays only, 16:30–21:30
